UK Royal Mail: We have a Packet Post Contract with the Royal Mail and most goods under 2 Kg in weight will be sent by this method. We ship goods out on Tuesday and Friday at about 1 p.m. Royal Mail Packet Post items are sent in the 2nd class postal system and will normally take between 2 - 3 working days to arrive. We obtain a proof of posting certificate for every item sent. If you require a quicker or guaranteed delivery service (e.g. Royal Mail 1st Class or Special Delivery) please call us - 01255 508799.

UK BusinessPost: Larger and heavier items are sent with BusinessPost. They cover most of the UK at a standard price of £8.50 for NEXT DAY delivery. For parcels delivered to the Highlands & Islands region and Northern Ireland, we use ParcelForce Standard Service at the post office. This way we avoid the 125% surcharge that most couriers charge for these regions. Please check the delivery rates on checkout or if you are in any doubt please contact us for an exact quote on delivery charges before you purchase your item(s).

Rest of Europe, USA & Canada, Rest of the World: It is not possible for us to detail every possible postal or courier charge for these regions in the checkout area. Please contact us by telephone (+44 1255 508799) or EMAIL for a quote on delivery charges BEFORE you purchase any items.

Items lost in the postal/delivery systems: Very few of the items we send out go missing in the post, but if they do, we will everything in our power to replace the goods as quickly as possible. The Royal Mail have a general policy that says items are not officially lost in the post until 18 working days have elapsed from the date of postage. In times of industrial dispute this time limit may be extended by the Royal Mail.

Our courier partners have tracking systems so it is generally easier for them to admit that items are lost within a couple of days of the item going missing.
