Returns Policy
If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give you complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is unused and in it’s original packaging. WHOLESALEGOLF cannot accept returns on undamaged personalised items. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. This guarantee must be exercised within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Proof of purchase may be required.

Returns Procedure
If for any reason you decide to return an unused or faulty item, call us on 01255 508799 or email us and we will reply with information on how to return your goods. The cost of returning undamaged goods must be borne by you. We will pay for the cost of returning damaged or faulty goods. On receipt of the goods we will offer an exchange, credit note or refund, whichever is your preference.
